Description: Complete demolition and renovation of historical Lucky Strike Maintenance Garage into Class A office space, all while maintaining the historical integrity of the structure.

Many of the existing features of the structure were included in the new design: original large wooden overhead doors were repainted and used as a dividing wall, four large original skylights were reflashed and reglazed to provide natural light, some graffiti was maintained as “artwork”, and original steel entrance doors were repaired and reglazed.
