Description: Total demolition and renovation of areas in a 30-year old recreation facility, including men’s and women’s locker rooms, restrooms, pool areas.

Emerald was also awarded the second phase of renovation – that of the second floor.

Atlantic Coast Athletic Center Second Floor project included renovation/ additions of spa rooms, weight training rooms, multi-purpose rooms and offices.

The project presented mechanical and plumbing challenges due to numerous previous additions to the base building, over a 30 year period.
