General Contractor Loughridge & Company, LLC Completed August 2008 Description Spotsylvania County asked Baskervill to design a fleet transportation maintenance facility on 30 acres. The final design includes a main building of over 51,000 square feet with administrative spaces, light and heavy vehicle maintenance areas and an equipment and storage mezzanine. In addition to this area, a 5,200 square foot vehicle wash building was added to the site. The design and construction was fast-tracked to meet schedule requirements and exceeded expectations. |
