Balzer & Associates was commissioned to design a retail strip off of Route 60 in the burgeoning periphery of Powhatan County.

Complimentary brick & EIFS colors were used to accentuate the massing and geometry of the building and its interior spatial divisions.

Cupolas, dormers and arched entries lend a traditional colonial feel to this modern retail strip center.
